Firefox add on for PBEM files?

A question to Firefox + gmail using PBEM players: is there an extension that will enable a PBEM gmail attachment to be saved directly into the 'incoming mail' folder?

I thought this one would: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/25

but the fine print says that its only works when you use 'save link as', which doesn't work for gmail.

If not, what's the most convenient way of getting the ema files into the 'incoming' folder?

Cheers

And actually if you play a lot of PBEM like I do, Sendthis has a pay service for about $5 a month that allows you to send up to 5 five at a time regardless of size. I much prefer sending 4 or 5 files at a time over sending each one, one at a time(that's what you get for free). Then I keep a folder on my desktop called incoming and once I have downloaded all my PBEM files sent to me from Outlook, I just copy paste them all in the incoming folder an viola! I can alt/tab over to CMSF and play the saved games.

Try this one: "Save link to folder"

It allows you to right-click on the Gmail attachment link and then select the Incoming E-mail folder from the menu with a single click.

But I noticed that with Gmail attachments it always saves the actual file to the parent folder, so in the case of Incoming E-mail it actually saves the file to Game Files. To overcome this, I created a subfolder to Incoming E-mail called Incoming (doesn't matter what the name is) and then defined that as the target. That way it works.

Sergei, I love you; that is THE solution I'm looking for.

Edit to add: in my excitement I didn't notice your addendum until now. I seem to have got it downloading to my 'incoming files' folder without a problem, except that strangely enough it adds an extra 'ema' to the file name - oh well, its past 2am will have to sort it out in the morning.
