Royal Marines synchronised display team

Recommended Posts

I once, twenty or so years ago, knew a guy who was a martial arts instructor (non-military) who was employed by the Royal Marines to train them in self-defence. He was only about five feet two inches tall and not very broad.

Few people (especially the Marines) took him seriously until they faced him in unarmed combat. Then he would take on up to three at a time and they'd drop like flies. He was absolutely extraordinary to watch - and boy, could he dish out punishment!
