Why only 5 major powers, why not 8? Why not make this version convertable to a scale for a world conflict with all the major powers (China, France, US, USSR, England, Germany, Italy, Japan) Is it a programming issue? Hubert Cater Posted August 19, 2008 Share Posted August 19, 2008 Big Al, There are actually still 6 major power slots but only 5 are used for this release, i.e. UK, China, USA, USSR and Japan. Techinally Germany has a place in it but only when it declares war on the US following Pearl Harbor. For additional slots this is something I am considering for down the road but they were not really needed for this release. Essentially additional slots will require an Interface redesign and a few other tricks to get it to all work together and that would have been a bit of an unnecessary burden for the minimum project requirements we had going forward.
