Hubert Cater
In the spirit of doing trailers for the next set of releases I also created one for Patton Drives East. Trailer can be found here and don't forget to select 'Watch In High Quality' if your system supports a fast connection: Enjoy! The K Man
Nice clip and great idea for advertising...High quality definitely makes a difference. Never even noticed that option before. (Learn something new every day...)
Retributar
Even 'I' was momentarily stirred!!!/stunned!!!. Need some of this action in the games themselve's, especially when milestone acheivement's have been achieved!. Such as...Conquering Berlin,...Allied Victory at the 'Battle-Of-The-Bulge',...D-Day Landings,...Destruction of the 'Afrika-Korps' in North Africa!,...Conquest of Paris & Rome!,...Stalingrad!,...and so on!. These addition's,...i think would just make the game 'Come-Alive!',...it would in some sense,...start to take on a personality of it's own,...mezmerizing you into another realm of reality!,...that would just make you thirst for more!.
Gorgin
Clicking on Hubert's link, I get You Tube, but with a black screen and the message "We're sorry, this video is no longer available" Any ideas ??
Retributar
I just checked the VIDEO,...and for me, at least, it worked perfectly-well!. I have no Techinical-Reason why it would not work for you 'Gorgin?',...perhaps...a required 'Video-Player' is needed to make the play-back possible?.
Gorgin
No. I can play many other You Tube videos -- although I am getting this "no longer available" message on some others as well. Any setttings on my PC that could be the cause?
Hubert Cater
Gorgin, I wonder if it is being blocked by your ISP perhaps? Is it also blocked on the following link (this is the PDE product page with the video embedded on the page): http://www.battlefront.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=blogcategory&id=156&Itemid=216
Gorgin
Thanks Hubert, Yes I get the same result there. My ISP is sympatico.ca. In as much as you're in Toronto, woyld you know if they might be the problem? To my knowledge I have not installed -- or requested -- any kinds of filters. Thanks
Gorgin
Hubert: I tried the link from another computer in the house and it worked fine, so it's not Bell Canada ISP, and must be a setting on my PC. Thanks for the prompt response.
