Kieme(ITA)
Hello everybody, I've checked the manual but I really can't understand the exact difference between these 2 commands, could anyone enlight me please? Thanks in advance for your help! Kieme
Sirocco
I understand "Quick" as jogging for infantry, "Fast" as more akin to sprinting.
Vergeltungswaffe
Fast accumulates fatigue very quickly. Only use it to cross a street or a short distance that you think/know may come under fire while transitting.
tc237
In regards to vehicles, Fast is moving at near max speed with little situational awareness. Quick is moving at a good pace while still able to scan and aquire targets.
JasonC
Quick is like advance in CMx1 and you use it for everything. Fast is for vehicles doing a road march, that are not yet close to anything. Occasionally "dash" moves, under a minute, to reposition regular infantry (with nothing heavy) out of LOS.
Berlichtingen
for infantry, fast is running... and if there is enemy troops that can see you, its suicide. Fast for vehicles is peddle to the metal, and in town, that leads to some really bizarre pathing. Quick is jogging for infantry, and its the best movement command in most situations
