Hawkmek
I had an Engineer squad grab some ATGM from a Stryker. They got them just fine but would not fire on the enemy vehicles! Why not? Anything I need to do to get them to fire? This shot is from Small Gain for CMSF
stikkypixie
Did you grab a javelin launcher as well?
19k_Blitz
From the screen shot your troops have the missles not the CLU (sight). That would be why they aren't firing
19k_Blitz
Check your game manual pg 169 for a description of the Javelin. pg 192 for picture of the icon you are missing (named "Javelin Command Launch Unit").
Hawkmek
Ok, thanks. Why does it have to be so difficult? Why would they grab one and not the other? Do I have to tell them to fill their canteens and tuck in their bootlaces too? Sheesh! I'll try again.

I think it's more of a how much ammo do you want to drag around sorta thing...plus you might wanna only use one at the current position. Team grabs Jav + missile, dismounts, fires off missile, jumps back in Stryker and off they go...lots of reasons for it I suppose. SgtMuhammed
Especially as one squad can't carry ammo for another squad so the only reason you would grab a missile is if you intended to use it.

teeps
If your boys already had the CLU you wouldn't want them to take two if they grabbed missiles from another Stryker.
Hawkmek
I got it working. Those Engineers did quite well. What's the encumbrance limit for a squad? How many Javs can they carry? Is there no way to Acquire Javs from a separate squad? Thanks for the help, guys.
