Seems strange that the whole squad looks in one direction without providing cover to the rear. What's the maximum angle of the firing arc? Can it do 180 or 360 degrees (to simulate multiple arcs)? It's an extra step admittedly, but then again, it does mean that no additional commands (or modifiers to commands) are required.
