JohnCalvin
Do they seem and react like a real part of the battle? Do they respond well to commands? Graphically, how would you rate them? I've been messing around with the Russian Demo (sans English manual) and so far so good. But I believe infantry support will be key to this being a great sim vs an "ok" one if you know what I mean. The realism, which they obviously care about skyrockets if infantry can support the armor. Can you imagine Armor without infantry support?

gunnersman
I have mixed feelings about the infantry. On the one hand they react when shot at by ducking or dropping to the deck. They are good at dealing with other infantry it seems. On the other hand, at times the RPG gunners seem a bit too accurate at longer ranges. Then again I've never shot one, so I dont know. The infantry do seem to run and run and run and never get tired either. Driving is easy. Just get in, hit "B", and go!
pad152
How much if any control do you have over infantry?
Moon
Same as for any other units... if it's not attached to your unit, none (it is then controlled by the AI scripted for the mission). If it is attached to you, then you can give them basic orders like "move to there" (including setting speeds), or even mount/dismount and "go prone" and so on. snakeeyes
You should see these infantrymen! They'll drop to the ground and ROLL away from your machinegun fire! Way cool!
