Jagdwyrm
Anyone else notice that the CMBO pz4g has a medium turret and the CMBB demo pz4g has a fast turret. Why is this? Is it based on new data found? This I imagine could give germans another advantage over some Soviet tanks.
Stoffel
I saw that too,did a test with both versions tanks. Had turrets make a 360 degrees turn and clocked both at 13 seconds. No difference though only the way they are described Henk
Foxbat
CM:BB has more older tanks in it so the PZ4g looks better in comparison
Jagdwyrm
Thanks stoffel for info. Yeah foxbat I thought about that too later, maybe it is relative to the front and time period. Or maybe they added a 'very fast' speed that maybe we will see on lend-lease shermans etc.
Ari Maenpaa
I would think that with the new ARC commands the slow turret speed will be much less of a problem than before. In CMBO the totally uncontrollable tank-tacAI overemphasized the importance of turret rotation speed, IMHO. Ari
demoss
It'll be less of a problem for many vehicles, sure. But I think you'll still notice with, say, the KV-2.

Pvt. Ryan
I don't remember where I read it, but I think one Soviet tank required the crew to throw themselves against the inside of the turret to get it to turn. Was I dreaming?

You had to be careful to park it on level ground. Michael
