As was posted above, Steve and Charles are on vacation and CDV has to get their act together for a simultaneous release (and who knows how long that can take). So holding your breath is not recommended...unless you happen to be posting from underwater. I personally will be looking for it maybe some time after Thanksgiving (the US Thanksgiving for the smart-aleck Canucks among us). If it pops up sooner than that, I will be pleasantly surprised.
