Hans
If you start a QB and would like to reuse the map created is there a way to save that map and open it later in the editor? Thanks
Le Tondu
See page 162 of your manual under "Saving Maps for Quick Battles" until someone with more knowledge comes along. I believe that it is the ending of a scenario or QB that needs to get saved and later opened in the editor in order for it to be used. I do know that the all of the damage to buildings, vehicles, and terrain goes along with it. Biltong
Tried it - no luck - just the last/end map can be saved/imported... might be for cheat prevention? Would be nice... generate the one after the other until you get something you like and save... I could do with that
Mud
Um, what's wrong with generating a hotseat QB, and surrendering to yourself on the first turn?
Flesh
You can also generate a map in the scenario editor, save it and then import it into a QB. Just keep generating until you get a map that you like. Also, by doing it this way, you can set the map dimensions to whatever you like, instead of being stuck with the standard sizes... jbertles
Yeah, but every now and then the QB generator comes up with a good one. I for one would like to have the option to be able to save and use it later (even edit it some). jb
Redwolf
I don't think you can get it into the editor, only into a new quickbattle. Why is bejond me...
