MGONZOM
Which grid overlay for CMAK is best that does not change terrrain colors drasticly. I perfer a low res overlay. i have found that while designing scenarios the overlays help deter terrain flaws in my scenarios. Please give me the designer's name so I can download the right one... Thanks!

junk2drive
white out and a ruler?
MDA
www.cmmods.com Some of the early ones are still in the CMBO database. If you don't like purely functional, ugly black grids, avoid the one I did for the demo. There are plenty of low contrast ones that do the same job and look "pretty". terrain bmp numbers for the demo and full game are probably the same

Blazing 88's
At CMMODS under CMAK/designer/Limey/all/terrain: Then download "North Africa Grid part 1A to 2B" for a total of four downloads. Works great for me. Thanks Limey
Flipper
Is there a site where I don't have to register? I'm pretty burned out on registering at websites.
junk2drive
registering is like shaving, dont like it, dont do it everday, but sooner than later i have to. it is well worth it if you want your game to look better.
carlrender
At CMMODS under CMAK/designer/Limey/all/terrain: Then download "North Africa Grid part 1A to 2B" for a total of four downloads. Works great for me. Thanks Limey Thanks Blazing 88's It only covers Africa. I use Captain Wacky's superb CMBB grid for Italy - the terrain tiles are identical in both games.
MrSpkr
The evil masters of Ker Dessel* are working on a new terrain grid. It might be ready at CMMOD later tonight. Sardaukar
Any low-res grid mods around ? Cheers, M.S.
Blazing 88's
Yes there are low-res, by Captain Wacky under CMBB downloads. These only work in Italy though not North Africa. I am not sure if Limey's North Africa's are low - res or not?
carlrender
I am not sure if Limey's North Africa's are low - res or not? Actually 'same-res' I didn't change the CMAK resolution which I think is effectively high-res.
Blazing 88's
Can someone tell me how to lower the res using photoshop (what % reduction). I know how to use photoshop, I just don't want to screw up anything. Thanks in advance.

Dunno if you figured out the answer or not, but in case not, the way I understand it, just reducing the size will reduce the resolution. So, for a 512x512 tile, reduce it in size to 256x256 and you basically have 1/2 the resolution. Don't worry, the game "stretches" the tiles to fit without them actually appearing "stretched" (however that works).
