Planes aim for the most valuable toy on the playground - which is usually the HQ of the most expensive plt or a single vehicle of the same price. The only exception I found is that they ignore an immobile plt HQ and go for his plt mates (read: toy 2-4 on the price list). Gruß Joachim Well, he was the only one buttoned, but that was luck not skill. I moved them all because you never know with CM, & they were all close enough to suffer from a lucky hit. Spreading a group of tanks obviously helps against the rockets and especially bombs that are dropped at your armor. A vastly deadlier threat against an open topped vehicle are the guns the ground attack planes carry. I think you can gain some modest cover against airborne threats if you park your tanks in shrubs or scattered trees.
