John Kettler
When a Bren carrier takes a casualty, is there a random selection made within CMAK as to whether the driver or the Bren gunner takes the hit? Regards, John Kettler

John Kettler
Michael Dorosh, I wonder why, since it severely crimps the combat utility of Bren carriers (not talking about Universal carriers). If it's always the same guy, that's useful to know if opposing a Bren carrier equipped foe. Regards, John Kettler
Holman
A carrier (or, likewise, a halftrack) is so vulnerable without mobility that it just makes survival sense for the gunner to jump into the driver's seat. I understand "shocked" to cover the time of this transition. When the vehicle takes a hit but is not "shocked," that's the gunner getting it.
John Kettler
Martyr, While I appreciate the info, my direct experience contradicts it. I've seen multiple examples of shocked Brens racing about. Regards, John Kettler
Kanonier Reichmann
They're still able to run around John but only after a considerable delay once they've lost a crew member and are therefore in a shocked status. Regards Jim R.
