request for info canadian made vehicles/tanks and canadian made engines for same

looking for info on canadian made vehicles/tanks with canadian made engines

trucks ????

valentine ix engine general motors diesel was that a copy of a us engine or imported directly from us

sherman grizzly canadian m4a1 copy,with ford v8 gaa also continental r975 copies or import

any other vehicles you can think of

tried googling but all i get is info on some vehicles but nothing on where the engines are produced

thanks guys

john you always have a answer for our questions

was trying to create a campaign where the us stayed neutral no military exports (engines etc)

that rules out later marks of val tank also canadian/australian/new zealand manufactured vehicles all parts imported engines us

even the bren/universal carrier had a ford v8 85hp engine. a rethink is in order

Seems a strange premise. If the CW couldn't source US engines they could certainly make their own, so a tank would still be there but would have a RR engine instead of whatever it had.

OTOH, Britain would have probably lost the Battle of Britain (no propellers) and the Battle of the Atlantic (no ships), so it would be moot anyway.

But don't let me put you off - it's your scenario : smile.gif
