legend42
Someone please explain why a routed unit will sometimes run towards the enemy into a hail of bullets and certain death.I understand routed units running and dispersing in chaos away from the enemy, not towards it.Also why would the ai have a unit taking fire "sneak " to a less safe place, like towards a crest increasing exposure to itself?
Speedy
I believe units rout towards a map edge designated as friendly, sometimes the enemy happens to be between the unit and the friendly map edge.
Wicky
The units are programmed to seek the nearest and best cover terrain tile oblivious of LOS or direction of the enemy.
