GreenAsJade
I've just started up a scenario that gives me a Romanian Malaxa Carrier. Looking at it, it seems to have a machine gun pointing out the front, but the stats on it don't offer any gun. Is this a case of "yeah, yeah, the game is using a picture of something else for this rare thing"? Ta, GAJ
Sergei
It uses the model of the Lend-Lease Carrier. The stats tell the truth.
eichenbaum
The Malaxa carrier does looked a bit different then the 3d model in CM ...
GreenAsJade
Mien Gott! Thanks for the picture! _Now_ I see why you're not allowed to put a HMG crew in there. Hells bells - even the LMG crew that _does_ fit in according to CMBB is achieving a pretty good effort: the 6th guy must be hanging on behind riding a skateboard!
ColumbusOHGamer
Check out the list of units in this thread: List of units from cmmods.com You can see that the Malaxa .BMPs are shared with several other units.
Steve McClaire
The Malaxa is copy of the French UE carrier produced locally in Romanian. It was unarmed and used in the divisional AT companies/battalion to tow anti-tank guns. Basically an armored gun tractor.

So its pretty funny, then, that it's provided in a scenario with no AT guns, and with a 6-man LMG team on board!
