We are currently taking care of some final details but stay tuned for the battles coming sometime this week.

For those of you who are wondering, the Rumblings of War (ROW) Tournament is an event put on by Boots and Tracks. Because of the scoring system used for this tournament, the battles need not be perfectly balanced, hence we designers are free to concentrate on the fun factor. Moreover, bonus points are given for After Action Reports, leading to lots of great feedback and nice refinements for the public release.

Enjoy and dont forget to review.

Hosszupalyi has been tweaked based on feedback received from the tourney. Depending on which side you played, you may or may not notice a difference. For instance, the German OOB was only slightly beefed up, but the Russians have a whole new look. Hopefully this will create an entirely new scenario, and one with a new set of challenges for both sides.

One other change worth noting is that an extra 10 turns have been added to the scenario, and is now at 35 turns fixed.

Seriously, these are good scenarios. I especially liked "The Beast" - small in space and time, intense fighting.

"The Beast" is all the more impressive when you realize it was a first time effort. Harv did fantastic work on that one.
