It gives decent advice, fills in some areas not covered well in the manual, and gives detailed unit information that can be useful if you REALLY get into the game. It´s very very easy to win if u get the germans. Only a thing is interesting. If u play with germans in 41 or early 42 the game is more or less balanced, after this only need 1 or 2 heavy germans tanks and u´ll win almost ever any scenary.
