jshandorf
God, I hate the media. They are such ignorant fools. They keep referring to "Special Forces" but then use the words "Rangers, Seals, etc.." in the same breath. How fricken annoying.... Don't they know that there is a specific unit in the US Army called the "Special Forces" ala.. Green Berets? All this does is confuse the heck out of the non-informed types. I wish they would do thier fricken homework, but they never do. Jeff
Bertram
You are going to tell those others they are not special? Bertram

Slapdragon
Actually, you need to blame the White House on this one. I get most of the press releases, and the White House has been using the term "Special Forces" as an overarching term for all special operations troops. Best bet, e-mail Ari Fliescher and take it up with him.

M Hofbauer
yep, totally agree with anybody who says that journalists never get their job done right, and are blissfully ignorant about the matter which they report about, and even think nothing of their ignorance. Terence
Wow, it must suck to be a reporter these days. If you get too specific, everyone screams that you are violating operational security and providing aid and comfort to the enemy. Get too vague and the grogs leap on you with both feet about how stupid you are. I'd rather be pecked to death by ducks. Im glad I work building webites for people who sell potato chips and shampoo.
