Review: Charlotte Observer

"It was like a good movie soundtrack."

I guess he downloaded the sound mods.

The reviewer is a 15 year old kid, which would explain why he thinks the western European theater had two fronts (maybe he is thinking American and British?) and why he thinks the graphics are not so good. I guess he hasn't downloaded the graphics mods.

Edit: Or maybe he is referring to Italy as the second western front.

The review is about the lamest encountered... However, the local rag usually only gives space for review of Nintendo et al. type games. Going to fire out a letter to the editor, with comments (and see if I can get the web address published, at least in the letters column.).

Regardless of the lameness of the review, it has 2 things going for it.

1. It rated CM an A-

2. It appeared in print, in the Business section, of a newspaper. Anywhere from 50,000 to 200,000 people could've read the review and became interested in CM.

The most glaring problem is that it doesn't say you cannot go to the local Electronics Boutique and buy the game. Kinda wastes any interest it might generate.
