Mark IV
I guess that's what folks want for CM? Looks like they dropped those Monty Python 2000 lb. weights directly on each guy.
The Commissar
Whoa..."ULTRA REALISM!!!"tm Those health bars are the next step in virtual warfare, Im sure. Steve, Charles, you guys should take a lesson from this game - what with your "one shot can kill" structure! Where the heck did you dig up crap like that?! The MOVIES?! Bah! And observe those planes flying what appears to be 4 feet above the tanks! We don't get none of that for CM, thats for sure. And look! Their doing desert warfare 3 years ahead of BTS - and we have to sit here and wait while that boring ol' CM2 gets finished up, starring those drunks from Norhtern Asia... ------------------ "...Every position, every meter of Soviet soil must be defended to the last drop of blood..." - Segment from Order 227 "Not a step back" [This message has been edited by The Commissar (edited 12-17-2000).]
David Aitken
Wow, entrails and all. Looks tasteful. And of course the Jerries are mysterious shades of grey and black. Those two bars for each tank – those wouldn't be Shields and Armour would they? Can you get powerups? =P

You know, where the superior US troopers got their butts kicked and needed the Brits to bail them out Axis air superiority during the early stages of the campaign, and a draw later-on, only towards the end did the Allies gain air superiority. ------------------ Andreas Der Kessel Home of „Die Sturmgruppe“; Scenario Design Group for Combat Mission. Now lesson 2, Overlord: Notice how they use wheat tiles to do the sand and MODed H39 to represent the boats? ------------------ After many weeks of exposure to Croda on the Thread, we had all developed Inner Crodas, the Peng Challenge Thread equivalent of crablice... Mace
And look at the discipline of the troops in the Landing Craft, all lined up at attention in neat little rows, the sun glinting off their highly polished equipment! They don't even break ranks when a shell lands amongst them!!! This is the sort of attention to detail that makes me want to rush out and purchase this game!
