Not unless we delayed the release by 1 month and doubled the price...

That show is EXPENSIVE smile.gif Not worth our time or money.

Now THERE'S living in hope ;)

I imagine what is meant is that the sheer time and effort required to move to E3 etc would involve them focussing on THAT for 1 month and not on the game thus, in effect, delaying it for 1 month.

Sorry Boris, but Fionn is correct. Doing a show like that, without "staff", would really put a crimp in our ability to actually MAKE Combat Mission.

As we have said before, CM will be released in Summer 99.

Understandable. Hey too bad they make E3 so expensive, it's thier loss. The public will be in for a good suprise this summer after not seeing the game at E3. Good decision.

Wow... hang on while I check the mail.

Funny but it's like a 14 days winter maneuver, everybodies waiting to get back to camp and everybody is grumpy. Well I guess it's time to get back to my Championship Manager 2000 again.

Summer? Ouch. smile.gif Sounds like a 3 to 4 month wait to me. Oh well,

take your time and put the full polish on CM. It'll be worth the wait. smile.gif

By the way, I am predicting that CM will win the Computer Gaming World

Wargame of the Year award for this year. smile.gif

If it doesn't, I may have to go postal on 'em. wink.gif

Summer, humm, in north or south hemisphere? Sounds okay. If BTS could deliver my copy via space shuttle, please quote the price. wink.gif

Umm guys, you do realize that Steve said Summer of 99 not 2000! Look at the dates that those early posts were from. But then you never know...
