Revna
I purchased the Shock wave 2 bundle last night. Got a confirmation email soon after but I can't seem to find a link to actually download the game. I have already submitted a ticket to BF and contacted Sales, but if anyone can shed some light into this, I would appreciate it very much.
CMFDR
Check for en email titled, for example "Battlefront.com: Your Order - 326888", in it you should have a serial and a download link, as below Also, check your orders page : https://www.battlefront.com/index.php?p=orders (this one usually take longer to update though, for me at least) PS: make sure your Order status is Completed Edited February 2, 2019 by CMFDR

I have a question do you mean you submitted a support ticket? That is a good thing to do. What did you mean contactes sales? I ask because on the old site there were references to email address that aren't used. I hope they are not on the new site.
Revna
I made a mistake. What I purchased was the bundle and not the base game. I thought I was getting both, bundle and game. The bundle activates with the key code so nothing to download.

IanL
But did you find that email on the new web site? If it is on the new site I'll tell Steve. To be clear don't use that email. No one monitors it regularly.
CMFDR
At the bottom of that page : https://www.battlefront.com/sales-policy
Battlefront.com
Thanks! That email address is a legacy of our old system and should not be referenced any longer. When someone emails it should send back an auto response directing people to the Help Desk. I'll double check to make sure that's still working and get rid of the hold over support text from our old website. Steve
