Warren Peace
I know that the next patch will have TCP/IP play. Will there be any changes in game play? Will the 2000 meter bug be fixed? Will Mortar tank killing be toned down? Any other things tinkered with?
Mr. Clark
I'd also like to know this. (being one of the few not really caring about TCP/IP play)
Kingfish
I pray that the "Follow" command will be included. There are about a dozen scenarios in my HD just waiting for that command. ------------------ ...This is Romeo-Foxtrot, shall we dance?...

I bet all of the gameplay changes will happen in the official release of TCP/IP. There was a post a while back where BTS said that they will release a beta TCP/IP patch, but it will be totally compatible with 1.05 for PBEM. What is the 2000m bug? Ted
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but I believe I read the Follow command probably won’t be in CM2 and definitely won’t be a patch.

Warren Peace
apparently there is a bug that effects gun accuracy at greater than 2000 meters. it was mentioned by Charles in one of the threads about the 88s lack of long range accuracy.
