CarlWAW
I am currently at scenario #3 Blunting The Spear and I noticed that the wind is blowing the smoke to NE, but in battle conditions it is mentioned it was coming from NE.
Vanir Ausf B
I just checked smoke direction in a QB and it moved in the correct direction according to the conditions info.
Vencini
The weather is represented? For example: the sun rises in the east and sets in the west? The latitudes are represented in different countries and seasons? (In Russia there is less sun in winter than in summer. In Africa more sun in summer ...) You can do this with the map editor? Yes. I am a weather Grog... Regards
IanL
Yes, phases of the moon too for night scenarios. In the editor you select the time - down to 5 min intervals and the location. The location is just France, or Holland, etc. Some games have a choice and some do not depending on what the game covers.
c3k
The stars are also correct: Time of year, latitude, time of night. Go navigate across your game map based on your favorite constellation. Wind: the "compass" is the cause for a lot of confusion. It is really a camera facing indicator. The compass is fixed to the map; the arrow moves with your view. Is that the confusion?
76mm
(In Russia there is less sun in winter than in summer. In Africa more sun in summer ...) Whew, you must be a weather grog, this stuff is complicated...I thought that less in winter and more in summer meant the same thing?

CarlWAW
I just checked smoke direction in a QB and it moved in the correct direction according to the conditions info. You are correct Vanir. Everything works as it should. Somehow I must have confused the directions. Tx.
