Despite them having (apparantly) acted in a conduct unbecoming an officer at least once. But this is pretty typical of many military institutions. Los Posted December 11, 2013 Share Posted December 11, 2013 Sink did the absolute right thing there. We had a similar situation once with an officer that had risen above his level of competence.
