hhftexnat
I just purchased and installed CMMG - When I open up my saved pbem games in cmbn 2.10 there is a loud background noise that sounds like something between a drum roll, a flight of heavies coming over or an incoming barrage. It drowns out all other sounds and lasts through the replay and command phases. I seem to remember a similar problem one time before that cleared up after the first turn was played. Any ideas?
ZPB II
Sorry to hear about your trouble. From what version is the PBEM save game? As a general rule of thumb, always finish ongoing games in an earlier version before upgrading OR keep the old installation and continue the games in progress on that while creating a new installation for the MG/2.10. (Atleast on my setup, when installing the game on the same computer, it does not ask for the license key. I have had 4 installations of CMBN simultaneously.) http://www.battlefront.com/community/showthread.php?t=107758

cireland65
Same thing here, sounds like 747 engines. I am going to remove my Z folder sound mods and see if that fixes it.
bisu
I had this sound during the first turn after upgrading, but it gradually went away in the next turn..
weta_nz
I get a really loud 'wind' noise sometimes too. My solution is to turn the sound off Alt+S then back on.
