John Kettler Posted July 7, 2013 Share Posted July 7, 2013 Tempestzzzz, I never cease to be amazed by the things which turn up out of the blue, be they a WW II messenger pigeon in a chimney, a captured T-34, KV-1 or previously unknown German AFV (hauled variously from rivers, mud and swamps), 3-D images from WW I, Russian color photography before even then, or the Confederate battle plan to sink the Union ironclad Cairo (found in a chest in an attic)! Agree as to characterization of some of the images, especially the two soldiers clutching their fallen comrade. With this stereoscope view it's still the same picture, but it draws me in like I don't know what..
