MikeyD Posted July 7, 2012 Share Posted July 7, 2012 The notion that there's a finished game waiting patiently for paperwork to be completed before release is kind'a false. Its more like a jigsaw puzzle thats officially competed only after the final piece gets set snugly in place. Demo needs all pieces in place just as much as the full game. The 'final piece' may be as minor as one last UI menu pict of binoculars. But nothing can ship until its in there.
