dischord
I see that the MacOSXers are getting a nice deal with CMSF + modules packaged together for $45. I currently own CMSF + Marines. - I've had them since their release dates. It will cost me $50 to acquire the two missing modules for my Windows version - i.e. $5 more for half (actually less than half) the content. Any plans for Windows discounts on these 2-3 year old DLC packs?
Moon
The price for the Mac edition is a special promo price to promote the Mac as gaming platform for our products. We expect to expand that quite a bit, so a good entry price is a good idea. Having said that: we did plan to discount the PC games all along. And in fact, we've just done that! The entire CMSF PC family has been discounted HEAVILY today. Old and new prices below. CMSF base game - old: $35 - new: $15 Modules - old: $25 - new: $20 CMSF+Marines bundle - old: $35 - new: $25 3 Modules bundle - old: $50 - new $40 The prices are effective immediately. So this means that you can get the corresponding PC package for $55 now. www.battlefront.com/store Martin
Sergei
This reinforces my theory that Moon is just waiting for people to ask for things to happen. Someone asks about CMSF for Mac? BOOM, CMSF for Mac. Someone asks about discounts for PC modules? BOOM, discounts for PC modules.

But what about a pony? I want a pony. Any plans for discounts on a pony?

Erwin
CMSF became an xnt game after it got its final patches. You won't be disappointed. I find it fun to go back to CMSF when I get burned out with CMBN.
phil180
The prices are effective immediately. Are the prices going back up? (The forum announcement is dated 03-16-2012 until 04-16-2012.)
