    It is more the tactical drill which can take ages to get it right. Playing Soviet WW2 like you play US Marines 2016 usually don't end well. Reason I came to dislike Black Sea, played it like WW2.

    Correct like a game of chess in which you are not allowed to checkmate your opponent. The Vietnamese war was a little like that, not allowed to invade and capture Hanoi.

    Islam is not a race but a religion. You can convert into and apostate out of it. Religions outside Europe are very much political ideologies. Looking after refugees is humane but to have politics without integration has proven to be a disaster. Soon I am moving away from a European culture. First one must do is to learn the language. Three weeks to go and I am off. Australia was great to work not so great to be retired.  So I won't comment often for the next few months till I am settled properly. Wish you all the best for the new year. I support Israel but I don't agree with the present leadership.

    The customer is king they used to say in the old country. Sad to say BF is stagnating and pointless to say computer games are a very competitive industry. Without doubt you are completely aware of it. I see less and less comments of the game designers here. The last game I bought I have not touched it in the last six months, it screams for up-to-date battle packs, but the never-ending talkfest about it is more important.

    Scouts Veterans and above with a minus factor for leadership. The reason for minus leadership they go quicker in 'shaken mode' and seek cover. Veteran and above are better spotters if you use an infantry squad.

    That is correct it would happen if dismount was an option, like we have with trucks and in modern warfare APCs. In SF2 you can dismount an M113 APC and crew it with a scouting team so that you keep the .50 Cal MG. It is something I do regularly. Unit is British.

    Because the intent is only to dismount, if dismount was an option any other unit could crew the tank. Sometimes you dismount (bail out) to recon over the ridge. Not all situations are modelled. The TC can't be split also crews can't crew other tanks even in the same formation. I tried to crew an elite crew of a tank which had a green crew.

    Fix breaching. If you breach a building with a wall the unit likes to run all the way around to the front door when there is a massive hole. Also along those lines, dont force the breachers to move after the breach. I want the wall down so my tank/afv can shoot. Not so the infantry runs through in enemy ambush.

    Most of the issues you mention can be done. You need to play a lot and experiment. You can't reman a gun because the battle drill says destroy the gun hypothetically. Everybody has his pet theory and this is mine. Breaching three different methods the one in the manual is the most reliable one. Tank using MG is targeting light. Line direct area fire you need the full battery each with his own fire zone. Target light with mortars you get something like harass in direct fire mode.

    It was the old Nato Helmet too. The inside was made from pressed Palm Fiber if I remember correctly. Maybe they used that one. Kids used them when they played soldiers during the 60's.

    M10 Booker and compare it with a Leopard 1 possibly modernized for the 21st Century. The Leo is maybe 3 tons heavier and have a similar if not the same gun.
