    It's Judgement Day!  ;)

Actually, looking at the picture carefully, that is a rather odd Terminator.....It appears to have a T2 turret on a T1 hull.

The tower remains the same, only the launchers were placed both on the T-2.

  2. The Ministry of Defense of Russian Federation has begun the formation of unique military units - regiments, battalions and companies of multi-axle heavy wheeled tractors.

In each company of "heavy bicycles" there will be more than 30 tractors, while the regiment will include more than 600 KamAZ-65225. In addition to transportation of equipment, parts and divisions of MTCT will be used to transport fuel and other goods in special metal containers.

  3. Ironically, the last operation, in which KVs were used in large numbers, was the breakthrough of the Mannerheim Line in 1944. Commander of the Karelian Front, K. A. Meretskov (К. А. Мерецков ), personally insisted that his front be given exactly KV (Meretskov commanded the army in the Winter War and then literally fell in love with this tank). The survivors of KV collected literally one by one and sent to Karelia - where the career of this car once began.

I agree 100%. My only point was that un(or lightly) protected missiles don't tend to stay on top of armored vehicles very long; especially in intense combat engagements. That's not a matter of training - that's just the physicality of it

As an option, an armored cover, as on the M2 Bradley IFV.

Perhaps after a certain time, a combat module with 100 mm will appear, in the USSR an Object 782 was created.

In the winter of 1941, when the Germans were only 10 km to Moscow, even cannons of the Napoleonic wars were used.

The tank "To fright" (NI-1) is an improvised light tank (armored tractor), hastily designed in Odessa during the defense of the city in the summer-autumn of 1941, taking into account the capabilities of the besieged city's industry. The factories of Odessa produced about fifty such tanks, which were used by the Red Army during the defense of the city.

T-16 (KhTZ) or KhTZ-16 is an ersatz tank (armored tractor), produced in 1941, during the initial period of the Great Patriotic War, at the Kharkov and Stalingrad tractor factories. It was a conventional agricultural caterpillar tractor covered with sheets of armor, Cannon and machine-gun weapons.

In fact, you can find many ridiculous inventions that were used in the first months of the war in a situation where there was not enough tanks.

  6. Nizhny Tagil "Uralvagonzavod" is preparing to deploy serial production of combat vehicles for fire support of BMPT, also known as "Terminator." At present, about a dozen servicemen have arrived at the enterprise to learn how to operate these new machines. Within two weeks sergeants passed a theoretical course on the design of the BMPT, and now they are studying the material part of the machine directly in the design bureau. The first batch of at least 10 combat vehicles. The war in Syria showed that such a combat vehicles is required.

There is a question to ask the developers, but is it possible to implement it technically on the game engine at least one span of the bridge.

    P.S.

  8. I think this proposal is due to the fact that russian and ukrainian armored vehicles can cross rivers, and american armored vehicles have to search for a ford or bridge. I had an interesting match where I took advantage of this opportunity. The player who played for the US Army did not expect me to be able to attack him from the flank, since there was no bridge or ford.

  9. I remembered about anti-tank grenades when two Panther tanks drove up to my infantry. As a result, the infantry slammed every tank of 8-10 grenades. Caterpillars were destroyed and only one crew was frightened and left the tank.

You mean, is this reactivated? Are there any other source than southfront?

This rumor appeared unofficially from a journalist from a source from the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation does not deny or confirm this rumor. After that, many informational agencies began to spread this information.

It only came to those who pre-ordered deluxe versions of the game - or something like that. If yours was a bog standard purchase you wouldn't have received one.

I can be mistaken but is this not in the PDF file "Combat Mission Black Sea Manual".

Its the B3M ... With the panoramic thermal for the commander and full Relikt coverage . They are supposed to be for the new organic tank compagnies of VDV. So you should see T-72B3-M with commander's panoramic thermal sight and full Relikt ERA ( including the turret) in a future VDV module for CMBS unless Battlefront believes otherwise.

The ones you saw at the parade represent the new standard for all current and future t-72b3 modifications which are still ongoing. Relikt on the sides and old K-5 on the front of the turret. They are stand-ins until the units get reequipped with Armatas starting in 2020.

The VDV will keep their T-72B3-Ms or B4s. That's why I believe the VDV requested the more capable upgrade.

My friend is a tankman, he dreams about the panoramic sight for the commander from the day of his service. Most likely, because of the possible greatly increased prices, they did not set a sightsight for the commander. Although if the T-72B3 sample 2016 would have put the ZPU on the commander's turret with electric drives, then the efficiency would have increased and the price would not have grown so high.

The AI in Combat Mission is overly attached to silver bullets, in my opinion. It's not really a bug because it's intentional, but I will log another complaint about it.

Is it possible to implement this way. If AI anti-tank gun can not penetrate the target with an AP projectile, then after 3-5 shots, he will use an APCR for destruction . In this case, AI should only consider shots that could not break the target, all shots that were counted as a miss are not taken into account. And only then go to another type of projectile, if there is one.
