  1. If you look on the map you can see that already about a week or even more ALL Kyiv is in killzone of Russian MLRS - from Grads to Smerch and many districts can be targeted with 152 mm artillery. But... We have only 2-3 criuse missiles at 5:00 of morning, most of which is intercepting by or AD. Last Russian jet flew over Kyiv approx 1th-2nd of March. So, I сan guess two things: 1. Russian have restrictins to ruine Kyiv like Kharkiv or Mariuol 2. Our drone recon, SOF, Bayraktars and counter-battery fire (not only in Russia artillery is a god of war) force Russians to keep all this stuff too far. Or all this busy with tasks of own troops support and havn't time and enough ammunition to fire on the city. I guess both versions can take place simultainously.
  2. Russia? Never. Russia now is enemy over century. Any peace agreement with Russia is just a pause between next war.
  3. UKR artillery strike on rear supply and gathering point of 35th Army in 3 km SE from Polis'ke town (20 km from Belarusian border), Kyiv oblast. Data of video on drone camera is today. 16th of March I wonder what weapon could reach it in about 90+ km from current frontline. Smerch MLRS Smerch/ Vilkha?
  4. BBC: The UK's defence secretary has once again rejected President Volodymyr Zelensky's call for a no-fly zone over Ukraine. Ben Wallace told the BBC it would be a "step too far". He said "we've been consistent all along, we're not going to take that step". But Wallace confirmed that Britain is supplying high velocity anti-aircraft missiles to Ukraine. Last week he told MPs that he was examining the supply of Starstreak missiles. Today at a defence ministers meeting in Brussels, Wallace said "we are supplying them. They will go into theatre". The MoD has not specified how many anti-aircraft missiles are being sent or said how Ukrainian forces will be trained in how to use them
  5. UKR forces pushed off enemy from position near the overpass bridge in Stoyanka village - in 7 rm to western city limit. T-72B destroyed. Russians hold positions in forest further on west of Kyiv-Zhytomyr highway and in part of cottadges area on western outskirt of Stoyanka. Video is issued yesterday, so our advance could be 14th of March Video with English subtitles.
  6. All question in resourses and volumes of western weapon supply. SAM is more critical.
  7. I already posted it. Neutral status. No more. Russia can move new canon fodder of course, but soldiers, who fight here in most case alredy lost own combat spirit. They are saying this war is worth than First Chechen. Russian ecomomy will collapse more and more. No any time to pause for Putin. Ukrainans felt a taste of blood, so any who signed acception of Ukraine losing Donbas and Crimea in exchnge for peace even with words "The time will come, when we can change this" have a risk to be hanged on Maidan.
  8. Odesa reported - strong wind and storm. No landing possible, Russians withdrew from horizon.
  9. OFFICIAL ANSWER OF UKRAINE ON FT INFORMATION This is a draft of Russian side wishes. No more. We have own position. Looks like Russian information pressure.
  10. This is usual S-300PT (tracked) or S-300V. We have S-300PT (wheeled) and some S-300V1
  11. This always was his weak point and Putin knows where to beat This is of course was made for this. Russian jet drop heavy bomb on the building of Dramatical Theater in Mariupol, where was a shelter for citizens. Hundrerds citizens with children hide there... The building ruined completely. There is unknown about casualties. Nobody can reach this place because of heavy shelling. Officially in Mariupol already lost more 1800 citizens, but real number of victims can be more 10000...
  12. Key word is citing unnamed officials involve. NATO membership, of cource can be and will be, i think, one of our concession. As well as NATO or any foreign troops bases. NATO hadn't political will to "escalate" with Russia by aссepting our membership. All what we heard are only "doors are open" and "deeply concerned". I doubt NATO will have this will to protect Baltic states. We ruined a myth about Russian ground forces "invincibility", so, we don't need in NATO anymore. Direct security guaranties from US or UK with an artcile of immediate miliatary support in case of new aggression will be better. Zelensky claimed exactly such position.
  13. Not more, than ATGM ) And yes, you judge about "mobile warfare" only by territorial defense footage. I don't know either AGS-17 are in TD or not. But you can mount AGS on pick-up and get mobile thing )
  14. Platoon of AGS is usual weapon of UKR or RUS battalion.
  15. Mykolaiv oblast. Russian abandoned new R-149MA1 command vehicle (usual place of work for battalion chief of the staff). The vehicle is equipped with elements of Sozvezdiye (eng.Constellation) Battlefield Control Sytem.
  16. Kharkiv oblast, 40th artillery brigade strike on Russian vehicles deployment
  17. Ukrainian pilots losses, knowingly for now - Dmytro Kolomiyets, mayor, 39th Tactical aviation brigade (Ozerne airfield, Su-27). Duty unknown. Got lost 24th February probably over Ozerne airfield, covering the withdrawal of other planes on reserve airfield. Shot down in air combat. - Lieutenant colonel Eduard Vagarovskyi, 39th Tactical aviation brigade (Ozerne airfield, Su-27). Duty unknown. Got lost in the night from 24th to 25th of March in dogfight with Russian jets. - Olexandr Oksanchenko, colonel, 831st Tactical aviation brigade (Myrhorod airfield, Su-27). Officially got lost in the night from 25th to 26th of March in dogfight with Russian jets over Kyiv, unofficilly mistakingly shot down by friendly fire of our S-300. Huge lost for our aviation. He was the best pilot-instuctor with great experience - Hennadiy Matuliak, lieutenant colonel 299th Tactical aviation brigade (Kulbakine airfield, Su-25/L-39). Duty unknown. Got lost between 24-26th Feb, shot down during airstrike of enemy troops in Hostomel area. - Stepan Chobanu, mayor, 831st Tactical aviation regiment (Myrhorod airfield, Su-27). Got lost on 28th February in air combat over Kropyvnytskyi airfield - Lieutenent colonel Oleksandr Maryniak, 16th Army aviation brigade (Mi-24/Mi-8, Brody airfield). Duty unknown. He have retired from service year ago, but returned to service after the war began. Got lost on 8th of March during helicopter attack on enemy column in Baryshivka area (east from Kyiv) - his Mi-24 was shot down. Together with him got lost captain Ivan Bezzub - Yevhen Lysenko, mayor, squadron leader of 114th tactical aviation brigade (MiG-29, Lutsk airbase. Previuos location - Belbek airfield, Crimea). Got lost approx 10-11th of March in air combat with two Russian fighters in Zhytomyr area. Reportedly shot down Russian jet (not confirmed), but was hit by Russian SAM sytem (probably S-400 from Belarus territory).
  18. Lonely Russian Ural with 25 on the plate (Far East military district) carried ammunition. But didn't reach destination.
  19. +5 lost/badly damaged Russian helicopters on Chornobaivka airfield near Kherson. New satellite photo for 16th of March in comparison with a photo for 15th of March
  20. New Russian air wreckage Reportedly two Su-30SM shot down in Odesa area at the morning, both fell in the sea, pilots ejected. No visual confirmation at this time.
  21. 72nd mech.brigade hummered Russian column with artillery in Brovary area, east from Kyiv. Probably 2 days ago.
  22. One of the reasons of Russian fast advance in Kherson oblast in first days of war, which mentioned in local twitters is betrayal of Kherson SBU high-ranked officer, which supply Russians with detailed information about our positions, plans, reserves etc. Reportedly Russians in first hours of attack caused many losses with helicopters and artillery strikes and forced Ukrainans to retreat in disorder. Chief of Kherson administration and city mayor also almost foiled the establishing of Territorial defense units in the city and around. Units were on the paper, but in real they almost hadn't a weapon. This have to be object of investigation after the war. Regarding "poorly counterattack", there is unknown in what day and where this really was filmed. There is quiet from the morning in Kyiv. Now already about a week we have information about developments with 1-2 days delay. For example, the video with column strike near Brovary was filmed on 9th March and issued 10th or 11th. What I know to this time, our forces pushed the enemy further in NW direction, but no any officially confirmed information, just twitter "insides" Upd. Last "insides", Bucha and Hostomel are recaptured, mop-up operations is continuing. This is photo of Hostomel (?) street with destroyed BMD. Russians, whithdrawing, took as hostages local adminisration of Bucha and civil volunteers, which were involved in humanitarian aid for citizens.
