  1. In fact, hedgerows have two parts: one with dirt, hard to dig, and which stop tanks. The second part, on top of this first, is just vegetation. And the density of this part is very changeable, and we can almost every time find a way through it...
  2. Yes it has worked... But it seems it could work another way. I am just tired of being unable to go through a hedgerow in this wonderful game while I was able to do it in the same bocage in real life...
  3. Yes, you're right about being smaller... But with a few men and shovels, job can be done very quickly. And if it is about being seen, it is up to us to decide if we go through or not. But this ability to "cut" almost every type of hedgerows could allow us to keep our precious demolition charges and save breath when there is no enemy around... don't you think?
  4. I always lived in Normandy, so I used to play WWII in the bocage when I was younger... One thing is sure: it is possible to find a way through every hedgerows, with only a stick. So I think it should be great that soldiers can go through a hedgerow in a few minutes delay (according the type of hedgerow), as the have "shovel" to do that... They could be more vulnerable when they go through (they just cut the vegetation and not dig the clay...), but this ability could be very useful, and I think more realistic...
  5. I think a 'Quick' order more tiring wouldn't be fair: you can run a lot, even with 10kg in the backpack... But maybe a little slower. It seems to me that 'quick' order should be more like a jog, and then not very tiring unless soldiers are running a long way...
  6. I like floating icons (2D unit icons), and the green "flash" when a unit have a dead is very usefull. Would it be possible to improve this feature, with a color-based system? Red flash if there is a dead in a unit, yellow if there is a wounded and green if the unit is shooted at (it would save me some time, looking for which unit is under fire...). I do not know if such a thing is easy to make... I just give some ideas that look usefull to me... Thanks!
  7. Never had that... Didn't you put off smoke on screen? (Hotkey Alt-k)
  8. For sure, "Move" order should change: like "hunt" maybe, but soldiers don't stop and fire until they are taken under fire, and they become tired less quickly, of course (why is it so tiring to "hunt" ???).
  9. ...and they receive better cover on balcony (different categories of balcony?)...
  10. Yes, it would be great to avoid balcony... By default, soldiers go inside, and they go on balcony only if player orders it.
  11. "Soldiers on rooftops receive better cover." Is that true for soldiers on balcony?
  12. "Speed difference between Fast and Quick moves is slightly increased." Does that mean soldiers are tired less quickly on Quick moves? It would be more realistic I think, because you can run a long time if you are not sprinting.
  13. Hi! It's good to see this problem taken care of. But is there something new? I put the "3D Texture Quality" settings to fast, but this changes nothing. Thanks for the help!
  14. I bought the British Forces Module, and I still have this out of memory problem, at the same level of the campaign, and with the first UK Battle, Armoured Assault, when I save the game. What can I do now? I have XP and nVidia, and enough RAM I think (2 Go).
  15. Hello ! Is there any solution to this "out of memory" problem? I have it during the campaign, at the end of the Night Stalkers scenario, when I go to the next one. Thanks...
