I have played all of the CM1 games and respected them (OK liked them too) for their realism. But the WEGO thing was stuttering a bit for me. Tarball, I wasn't seriously offended and I'm not a very longtime fan of CM, only maybe 4 years. I actually got bored with the WEGO system and quit playing it (oops, have I just committed HERESY??) so I was looking forward to the Real Kickass Time. there might be something to what you're saying about beta testing, yes. I dunno, not a marketing man myself or a developerman. anyways.

haha, that sounds like fun. well, I'm having my own fun with the game ( i preordered), it's very cinematic when a firefight breaks out and zooming out over the city i see tracers slowing down, the sound of whizzing bullets deepening in slow-mo. only the backround music is missing. then i zoom back to the sand in front of my nose and everything comes back to life, speeds up. only I can't see them, poor bastards on duty. just like Ryan's Privates.

I actually go easy on the BF team because as an Eastern European I'm used to crap being handed to me. This is not saying that i've just been handed crap, it's only that i got a more developed sense of patience and I know that "stuff happens" a LOT of times. zzzzeeennnnnnn

Yep, bad old AGP. and yes, that's what I've been eyeing, the 7600 but the GS seems a bit cheaper and some reviews say it's not much difference.

Prez, Believe me, i've turned everything to the lowest, fastest, the soldiers look like matchstick abstractions already, actually they disappear almost altogether once i zoom up. But I know there's a lot of thing going on under the hood and my card's just too weak. I think i'm just gonna wait for the fix or patch and then decide on a new card.

And now that i got my tongue out of there a question: do you think that any work that you do on the ATI drivers is gonna help a sorryass Radeon 9600 card like mine or should i just buy a better card (speaking of money spent on crap.)

Dear Mr BF team, that's why i don't regret the bucks i sent you for this game. throughout my short 33 years i've spent a lot of money on a lot of crap and most of the times i said whattahell, its only money. Seeing the sweat and dedication and the hours you put into this work im just sorry for all the money i spent for crap. it shouldve gone to you guys.
