Not sure where else to post this.
I have H2HH version 1.6.2, unable to see the "helper log" window, I can't use "Game chat" .
Every time I start H2HH I get this error message "Can't load image from file 'images/h2hh.png': file does not exist."

Thanks Broadsword :-)

Thanks so much for your interest, nathangun!
Since I so often get requests for these operational-tactical conversion rules, I'll just post them right here so people can cut and paste a copy to save, or be able to search for them and find this post in the future:

Thanks Broadsword56, I'll try to make use of these.
Just one more question.
I'm not familiar with the board game "Saint-Lo", what are the movement rates of units ?

Just read the AAR from start to finish, an excellent read and a great guide on tactics to a newbie such as myself.
Also, I'd like to add the operational layer to the campaign made it more compelling.
Can't wait for the next instalment.
P.S. Is there a link to the rules for the operational campaign ? a sneak under the hud to see how it works.

What is it about PNG format that suddenly makes it so popular? It's wasteful to post 1.5 MB pictures in a thread like this, they load too slow. Use JPG instead, a 50-100 kB picture loads in a breeze even when there is a whole page of them.
I agree, lets make it into some kind of law

Dang nathan, how'd that happen?
I'd been blasting the trench for a couple of turns then assaulted the trench. Then all of a sudden two krauts with SMG's jump up and spray the squad, all while another squad suffered heavy casualties from a mortar round, all in same turn.

A mass grave.

There's a lot to be said for hype, I'd rather hear it from the horse's mouth.

My computer is about a decade old.
So is mine, it doesn't have many of it's original parts.

Are you guys talking about playing CMBN in 3D?

I have no time for player vs player type play so suggestions to play multiplayer are useless to me.
No way, what about the bragging rights when you get a victory over one of your mates ?

What I meant to ask did you give units a standard movement speeds ?
You might like this program, http://www.pawosoft.com/geccos/geccos_exe.zip
It helps to plot real time movement on a map, great for campaigns.
