I love both;) CM series remind me of the old times when I was in primary school and used to play wargames with friends. We used plastic models of tanks, trucks, all that stuff, guns, etc, small soldiers. All painted nicely. Used ruler and many various movement charts, dice to determine which part of armor was hit, than if the shell penetrated the armor, and what was the effect. This tank could make such and such number of km/h, paratroopers had some bonusses in hand to hand combat, etc,and so on. These were wonderful days and I miss it alot, but CM is closest to it ( we had models of houses to, tran stations, trains..) oh, Im getting nostalgic;) But CM is also sooo very cool and beautiful;) And will be even better;) M

Battlefront and 1C keep amazing me with their superb support for their games and willingnes to make them even better, add new stuff, features - simply hats off. Compared to the issues with Silent Hunter 4 and the fact that the players have to prove the game has been released unfinished and beg for another patch - BF and 1 C - you should be put as an example of devs and publishers. Moon, are in possesion of any information indicating that the CM Shock force will be released just as ToW was - is it possible that preorders will include both download and boxed versions or something like that? I believe in Battlefront and I'm seriously considering preordering this title, as no CM game turned to be dissapointment to me. Best regards, Maciej

It is capable of running 1280x800. Have just instaled Command and Conquer 3 on my laptop and on medium settings it runs sweet;) You're right, gotta try the demo when it is out;)

Hi there I'm going to upgrade my PC soon with a 7900GS graphics card and additional 1 GB of RAM. The rest is Pentium 4 3.2 Ghz on a quite good Gigabyte mobo. So ToW should run nice. Apart from that I was thinking of playing it on my laptop, can be with low detail settings. I've got an ASUS laptop with Intek 1.66 Ghz Core2Duo, 1 GB RAM and Nvidia Go 7300 with 512 MB of its own memory. Will ToW be playable on this laptop? Regards Maciej

I'm not sure if it has been asked before. Will there be a kind of lobby for multiplayer via Internet or just IP number? I've been wondering how easy will that be to find another players willing to do some TOWing;) In CoH for instance, there is a quite good lobby making it very easy to join and host a multiplayer game. best regards Maciej

Moon explained why the soldiers-entering-houses feature has not been implemented into the game and I am pleased with this explanation. Maybe TOW 2 will have this feature. Now Im getting TOW and am going to enjoy it. I just see that some would like to see a message from the devs/publisher getting down on their knees saying "We are sorry, sorry, sorry, please forgive us we didnt let the soldiers enter buildings". Constant whining about lack of this feature... Ok, it isn't in the game, finito. I can live with that. Id rather dont see this feature in the game rather than see it too much simplified or done wrong. my 2 cents.

Glad the manual will be in printed version. No extra goodies really needed, Ive noticed all the neat extra stuff that comes with deluxe versions is totally useless. And pricy.

Thanks for the answer, Moon. It seems to be a very well thought system to me. And this unlicence option - cool in case you change , for example, a hard drive and want to install the game afresh.

When I have my game downloaded and also received on DVD via mail will I be able to play the game on LAN at home?Or won't the game let me as it will be exactly the same copy of the game - cd key and so on? Maciej I hope they allow us to download our preorders soon...

Laptop is not from the game, but in one of the houses that we can't enter thre will be a PC with Il-2 running on it;) And , after what we've seen in this movie, can't we have hand to hand combat in the game? just kidding, the video is absolutely amazing and amusing, best promo video for a computer game ever, IMHO. hi all, this is my first post at Battlefront forums. I've always been a big fan of CM seriess and also Il-2 series from 1C. Since first screenshots of WW2RTS,/Wartinmw Command/ToW I've known I will have to get the game. So I want to ask a few questions: 1-when will we have the demo? 2-will there be a mission/scenario editor included in the game? 3-when will it be avaliable for preorder? 4-will I have to have a monster PC to run it?
