  1. Iam confused.

I found a diagram in signal (german military magazine or whaterever it is) Stating that a t34/76 could pierce the front armour of a panther at 500m.

Here is the confusion, was it a BR-350a shell, BR-350b or a BR350P. How come not all three shells are in cmbb? What is a BR-350a/b/p shell? Is the 350-p shell thungsten?

I have been given information that the standard 76mm shell can pierce a Tiger side and Stug3 shell at 100m and a thungsten shell can pierce 500m, is this correct.

What are the penetration values of the soviet 85mm gun?

Which is superior the Soviet 85mm gun, german 75/48 gun or American 76mm gun?

In cmbb the Us 76mm seems superior to the Soviet 85mm gun against the frontal armour of a panther tank.

Was the APCR for the t34/76 introduced in late 1942? Is APCR a name for a thungsten shell?

I wonder if they will be more bmp's for buildings and terrain in cmx2 to mod than in cmx1. Bfc could create a lot of bmp numbers that are blank and rely on modders to create there own designs to fill in the blank bmp's.

Its the same idea for creating winter mods by having seperate bmp's specialy for winter mods for future cmx2 game releases. This would mean modders wouldn't have to switch summer and winter bmp's around all the time when playing in winter or summer.

  3. There seems to be no early or middle brummbar mods for cmbb in cm mods. I would do it it myself if I had the talent. Instead I rely on artistic genesis like Mikey D to do the work.

    I loved your Ostwind/wirbelwind mod MickeyD. :D

Iam a big fan of the late war German ambush camouflage scheme found on the late stug 42 on cmbb and the late Stug3 in cmak. Any chance of you ( or anyone else ) doing a mod of this camouflage on the Late stug3, hetzer and PvIV jager in cmbb and cmak (nag, nag, groval, groval) :D

  4. I will put in simply,

With fictional a player has the choice to play the game how he/she wants. You can play it as fictional or non fictional as you want it.

For example in cmX1 I Used T34/85 in 1942 and Pershings in 1944. But I also played it historicaly as well. I prefer playing the game fictinaly because I like even battles. Everyone else can play the game how yhey want, when they have the option of a fictinal setting.

As well it gives more options for modders to create.

Here is an idea make the campaign story changable. So that a player can make up his/her own campaign story if they want.

Flexibility is what made cmx1 great. No other game matches combat mission so far because of it. Thats why cmx1 is still played today.

Dosn't it make you as the creators of the game pleased that you have made a game that people love so much even after all this time?

  5. And custom buildings.

Will it be sort of like SimCity. Can we build custom buildings, save them and then upload them and share them as mods?

That would be too cool for words if its possible...

Thats what I wish for. It would be fantastic for modders to creat 100's of different structures. If only BfC would give the code for creating building's and terrain features. So that modders could import their creations in the game.

  6. Will you be able to adjust the length and width of a building and the walls inside the building?

In cmx1 the building was on one square 20 x 20m, will buildings be less restricted in cmx2?

Would you be able to creat a small building like a garage or shed and also create a large building like a hospital or airport?

Will stairs and lifts be in the buildings?

Will there be walls in the buildings to create different rooms and be able to block los?

Will the number of different bmp of buildings be increased, so that diffent types of building textures can be created by modders?

  7. For pity sakes, I gave a suggestion to have two mods of the same mod instead of one. So that players wouldn't have to create seperate files and have to swap them everytime they wanted to play a winter scenario, or if they wanted two different designs.

For shock force you can have desert mod and a temperate mod.

Good pictures though, I wonder if they will be in shock force. In desert uniform of course. :D

    Photos welcome of desert models.

  8. Does anyone know were I can find mods for the panzerjagerIV, Lynx, Nashorn for cmbb and hetzer for Cmak? As I don't like the mods of these tanks that came with the game. The pz Iv looks like someone has vomated on it.

Can anyone recommend any good battles for cmak and cmbb to download as I have played the ones on the disc.
