  1. It would be nice to have an option for night vision in the game. Those screenshots have been edited using PAINT.
  2. You're welcome. Hopefully one of those talented guys creating scenarios picks up the idea.
  3. Try this one, it´s infantry only. http://www.battlefront.com/discuss/ultimatebb.php?ubb=get_topic;f=72;t=000019
  4. Yes, I do have a suggestion for you, or anybody else familiar with the editor. I can't do it my myself, problems of time in my real life to mess with the scenario editor, you know. See, this is a satellite view of a real SAM site (this particular place is in Libya). I would love to assault one of these places by an infantry force in the night. Shouldn't be too difficult. I think. EDITED. Oh, sorry. You are requesting advice to play one of the scenarios already created, aren't you??
  5. If you have any feedback on how the scenario can be improved, please let me know. </font>
  6. I am in love with this game. Hopefully we will get married when 1.03 comes out. Screenshots edited with PAINT.
  7. I'm here, no LOS, just listening. [ August 26, 2007, 01:20 PM: Message edited by: Ala11_Kal ]
  8. Great scenario indeed. I've just finished the battle. I got a draw - RT Elite -. Got too many casualties due to already mentioned problems (bullets through walls, LOS, dancing troops, etc) hopefully getting fixed. I'll test 1.03 on your scenario. Well done and thank you Ironpants!!!. Highly recommended.
  9. SPOILER????? I find very usefull in this "infantry only" scenarios to split my troops in small fireteams, that way three guys take position facing a possible line of resistance, then other three run for the next stop and so on. That and smoke to cover approaching routes makes wonders. I had enough with the original force, didn't need the reinforcements to clear the village. Didn't call the Apache neither. I guess the taxpayers will award me a medal. 1 KIA and 9 WIA this time. RT Vet. Most of the WIA when a MG Team got in a cross fire trying to reach their destination on those new buildings. They (me) missed a couple of windows 50 meters away, when I cancelled my orders they started a suicidal dance and, of course, got slaughtered hopelessly in the middle of the road. 1.03 NOW PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. Thanks for your efforts on this, ThePhantom, can't wait to enjoy another small and challenging scenario like this. [ August 22, 2007, 07:36 AM: Message edited by: Ala11_Kal ]
  10. Real Time. Hummmm, actually, Real PAUSED A LOT Time. I gave up WEGO watching my troops behaving like fools, so I decided to micromanage every team and vehicle. For those reasons I only play tiny and small battles so far. And, yes, I miss too the possibility to review the action. BOOM??? What the...?? When pathfinding and LOS are fixed I'll be back on the WEGO side again. Hopefully.
  11. Bump for this one. SPOILER ACHTUNG!!!!! Hopefully the crawling deaths thing gets solved soon, otherwise interesting and challenging scenario. 1 KIA 6 WIA for the blue side. RT Vet. Had a very nasty surprise searching the houses looking for that guy. Well done ThePhantom. Couldn't find Shakim, but one of those MIB was listening Shakira's greatest hits when my guys finished him off. I'm gonna love this game. You guys are creating GREAT SCENARIOS. Thank you all.
  12. YES ...but I have purchased this unfinished product ONLY because it's a Battlefront product. When I played the beta I felt really upset, but then I said to myself: Damn!!! These guys created CMBO/BB/AK, you are in debt with them for so many years of enjoyment. So I have gave my money away for what can only be considered a BETA. (IMHO) Anyway, I am pretty sure they are going to do their best to fix all the things that are not working properly. Too many things, I would say. Yeah, I am a romantic, old fashioned costumer. I love Battlefront the same way my grandmother loved that little shop around the corner. These guys made a mistake launching CM:SF too early (I do not know the reason). OK, its done, I am ready to enjoy the patching process. I want to see this baby become a man. No doubt here, CM:SF will be a great tactical sim and an excellent springboard for future WWII games. By the way. For those who do not understand Spanish: Ala11 stands for 11th Wing. I am not a Syrian spy. Best Regards from Spain. [ August 18, 2007, 04:46 AM: Message edited by: Ala11_Kal ]
  13. Thanks for your answer. I hope this can be fixed. [ August 03, 2007, 02:24 AM: Message edited by: Ala11_Kal ]
  14. Hi, everybody. I've done some testing with the Demo and found some problems deploying the infantry. Here is an example: A Syrian AT Team takes incoming fire from a Stryker down the hill, apparently none of them could see the other. Same situation, different angle of view. As you can see, those bullets fly through the hill to hit the soldier. Anyone else has experienced this kind of things? Thanks. [ August 02, 2007, 03:12 PM: Message edited by: Ala11_Kal ]
