  1. R-149MA1 received the M30A1/A2 ventilation treatment:
  2. Part of the truck lodged on the bridge structure:
  3. @sburke @Kinophile Col. Eduard Shandura, commander of the 205th Separate Motor Rifle Brigade, killed by sniper on the Kherson front:
  4. Clearer view of the road surface damage at the edge of the blast site on the Kerch bridge:
  5. Way more cloud cover and rain recently, so not particularly useful.
  6. Just to note: this was determined to be a on-shore fault that was rectified.
  7. Looks like possibly M30A1/A2 rounds working. Also the quick retargeting of the pair of vehicles that tried to scoot away while original target was still being engaged is impressive.
  8. You can see the burning fragments hitting the road surface, flashing and continuing to burn: They are blown right to left by the strong wind in that direction.
  9. All you need is a massive amount of ammonium nitrate, and as Oliver Alexander noted, this would be consistent with all the bits of burning material raining down after the explosion. A unitary HE warhead would consume all the explosive material instantly. Incidentally, this is also why the collapsed parts of the span at the explosion site are less scorched. The horizontal surfaces around it accumulated more of the burning material that was showering down. I mean Timothy McVeigh managed the same almost entirely on his own. I think the SBU could pull it off.
  10. There is no missile guidance system that works like that I know of, and the timing necessary would be extraordinary if not impossible. Anyways, here is a whole thread on why the truck we saw explode was probably an exploding truck:
  11. lot of people on the internet deeply invested in proving that the truck we saw exploding like a bomb in the exact location where the road deck was blown apart was definitely not a truck bomb.
  12. Mylove now presumably the front line on the far right flank of the Kherson bridgehead. (The bridge is just north of the town.)
  13. How can these idiots not see that if Russia’s threats succeed, the risk of nuclear war in future increases exponentially? Making sure these threats fail, and that Russia knows that everything gets worse for them if they employ nuclear weapons is the only hope for maintaining the “taboo” against their use beyond existential defense of the homeland.
  14. Actually, you can see it slowly moving in the recording I posted above.
  15. The technical origin of that white bar has been explained here in detail, and has nothing to do with the flash being out of the frame of the camera. Same for the versions that claim a flash in the sky above the truck. My guess is those were a different phone filming a screen with the same recording, and is a result of the phone exposure adjusting to the white band that appears at the bottom of screen (that they have edited out there) or reflecting off something back onto the screen. And again, there is no way the explosion that caused this damage could be out of the frame shown.
  16. You can see part of it here: The other breaks are clean and at joints, not from separate explosions. All evidence points to a single explosion happening on the road surface in the middle of this span. Airburst of a warhead would just diminish the damage done.
  17. Seems they forgot eye holes for their Sarmat mascot outfit.
  18. The full version had the first sign of flash as just a partial bar at the bottom of the screen (camera refresh artifact), but that is cropped out here. I'm thinking this is just more of an artifact of how the image updates or something. There is no way the initial explosion was out of the frame there.
  19. Better look at the road surface damage. Note that the guardrails on the intact roadway are either bent inward directly opposite the span that was cut in the center, or blown outward off the opposite side. The other two spans seem to have collapsed from blast or from the cut span pulling on the whole structure as it collapsed, breaking at the span joints on the bridge supports. Sure seems like a very large blast on the road surface.
  20. I believe they claim this by showing a drone shot down in Azerbaijan in 2020, so this seems simply to have an answer and response to attack (look, we already shot it down).
