  1. Not me. Turning WW II airfightin' into a frikkin' card game just doesn't do it for me.  I enjoyed Flight Commander 2 in its time, and that was a fine flight-strategy game. Too bad there never was a sequel. When it comes to the lineup of other BF.C products, I'm only interested in Dangerous Waters and Strategic Command 2. The former of which is interesting, as modern naval stuff is, but I'd like to play a demo before I could decide on a purchase. I've never played naval games, so I'm not too sure if it were for me. I enjoyed SC1 -demo, and am looking forward to the sequel there.
  2. Just_Wally and Mikey-boy had their turns. I rebounced from a spot of RL issues, the nature of which I will not tell you. Let it be said that CM hasn't been a priority over the last few days.
  3. Chopping maggots isn't my style... I like to slather them in furious, molten and extremely unstable TNT.
  4. The tenth thread on CMx2 on this page...
  5. I'd go so far as to make the bold statement that "its done when its done", and not a day sooner. And the release date is probably around 2006 or later, so there will be a lot of time for these threads later, yeah ?
  6. That is one f00kin' ugly fish !!!  And apologies to my opponents, I am tired at the moment...   I'll try to whip some turns out today. Can't promise anything, though.
  7. Turn sent. I used to send a whole lotta turns previously, but I have to cut back on my time on the computer a bit. I have to arrange my things for the next autumn, and try to enjoy the rest of the summer while it still lasts. I SO like dentists. I was lucky to have nice dentists back where I was studying... They were really different to what I had had before, always asking how I felt and explaining what they were about to do next. I've had worse.  Like the one that I had as a kid. They wanted to do this operation on my teeth that would hurt. I resisted until this older lady came along and just did what she had to do. I remember wanting to chuck TNT ever since that incident.
  8. I have to add my thanks in aswell. I think it's great that some guys such Adm Keth, do something that benefits a large crowd, with little or no reward to themselves. Good luck to him in his new job !
  9. I'd never have thought I'd agree with Seanachai, but he is onto something in his first post. On both points.  But especially the former.  When I'm a member of BFC ( which as you guessed will never happen ), I consider myself to be in the position that I can make any suggestions as to the content of their future products...
  10. I'm here alright...I'm just not sending turns on a daily basis at the moment. (Sorry about that ) But don't worry, you'll get your share probably tomorrow.
  11. WW II: ETO = Eastern Theater of Operations. I want more of Operation Barbarossa !
  12. Nice car. I'm just unhappy I can't slather it with molten TNT.
  13. You low-life... You make Michael "King of Pop" Jackson seem like a choir boy. You deserve a good slathering like the rest of them.        [ July 17, 2005, 09:17 PM: Message edited by: Prinz Eugen_2 ]
  14. GRRRAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH !!!! I've come back from a very crappy early morning paper route -shift thingy. And am as angry as only a postal worker can be... AGGGRRRGGGGRRRRGGGRRRGGGRGRRGGGRRRGGGRRGRGRGGGGRR GGGRRRRGGGGRRRRGGR GGGRRRRRGGRRRGGR RRRRGGGGGRGR RGGRGRGR My command of English fails me at this moment, so I have to resort to Finnish !! You need not know what I am saying in English, maggots ! VOI V***U S*****A P*****E !!!!   RRRGGGGAAAAAAAHHHHH !!!!  P*****E !!!!
  15. Hm. Shouldn't the West Front be abbreviated as NorthWesternEurope ? If you say ETO, I understand it to mean the whole of Europe. That includes fronts such as Italy, the Balkans, the East, Finland... There's more to Europe than just the bit where Normandy landings took place... I know it's widely used, but I wonder where it came from... They used to use NWE before. [ July 17, 2005, 10:53 AM: Message edited by: Prinz Eugen_2 ]
  16. Having played some of rune's scenarios, each featuring a vast map with three units, I can only agree. He is a twisted, twisted man.  But do you have anything particular in mind ? Anything you have played for yourself and could recommend ? I have a Finnish opponent who has a fast turn-sending rate and seems to be an ok-sort of bloke, so I want to offer him something special.
  17. Can any one of you maggots recommend a good operation for PBEM ??
  18. I think the figure means that it is only able to withstand so and so many percent of the damage that the armour would normally take. So a 90% quality armour would not be 90% in thickness, but would withstand 90% of what normal armour would take.
  19. You silly little gnome... I buy my own toe-shoes. She never got any of those for me. It's not like I was I bitter or anything.   Where's the anger, where's the hate in your posts ? This ain't no challenged Ping-pong thread you know... Bet you couldn't recognize molten TNT if you were slathered in it ten times all over your pathetic appearance. Wait... Now that is an idea... You had better crawl your way back to the pit 'o Hell where you came from. I know for certain that there's a French (of all nationalities) SSN just waiting to suck up to you. You'd like that, wouldn't you ? Yes you would. Now be a good gnome and SOD OFF, you pile of maggots' fesces.
  20. I just sent it.  Oh, and you had better tell your flak-panzer crew to bail out ASAP if they do not want to perish in their pathetic little vehicle.    And I do hope that that track hit in your Panther in the middle was nothing serious.  [ July 16, 2005, 06:06 AM: Message edited by: Prinz Eugen_2 ]
  21. I'm sure there's less painful ways of ending one's existence.
  22. You got an e-mail from Amazon.ca saying that your copy of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince by J.K. Rowling shipped ??? That's great news, PS. I wonder if _Axe_ has read Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince by J.K. Rowling ? I haven't read Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince by J.K. Rowling. I didn't read any of the previous Harry Potters, so I won't be reading the Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince by J.K. Rowling, either. Are you going to read Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince by J.K. Rowling, _Axe_ ? I'm sure you'd enjoy reading Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince by J.K. Rowling.
