  1. While the above is true the evidence shows the following:

    2007 - Shock Force

    2011 - CMBN

    2012 - CMFI

    3 main games in just six years which have been enhanced by:

    3 x Shock Force modules.

    1 x CMBN module

    1 x FI Module

    I would say the future is looking rosier as since pre 2011 there were 4 iterations of the game and post 2010 there have also been 4 but at a faster rate.

    Oh and we did have the CM Afghan game that was made by another company but no doubt aided by BF.

    However, Im sure the speed up has been helped by the fact that a lot of the models and vehicles are very similar to those in other modules and so a fair bit of work must be saved there.

    Although Im happy with this rate of publishing I wouldnt mind a wee developers log snippet from time to time. A few lines giving some simple information about game development would be good, nothing specific but a general indication of where they are at with various games and modules.

    I have no idea where they are at with anything right now, CMBN-MG seems very close, possibly by the end of October, which would suit me as Im not home until then and have been unable to play anything for the last 4 months but the east front game seems to have dissapeared and that is what Im really waiting for. I didnt buy the Italy game (a first for me) as I have no real interest in another Western European game and I wont be gettig the Bulge game (for the same reasons).

    Would be nice to have an indication on the EF game but Im thinking mid 2014 going on past releases, but I do stand by to be surprised.

    Italy games _base +gl _ is the best one in this series

    you should play at least demo for them

  2. Hello,

    I have a problem with CMFI game

    Close look trunk option is open in the game. (tree leaves and branchs cropped)

    But while getting far way from point, the trees at the focused area stays still in trunk style. it should be regenerated to tree while getting far away.

    The CMBN game works perfect under the same circumstances

    What's the problem?

  3. I'm not sure if this is particular to any Catalyst drivers or if Nvidia users will see it too. What Catalyst driver do you have installed ?

    Some of my friends have been already check with NVdia cards.

    There is no problem at foggy games - especially mentioned scenario -

    I think this problem was ATI specific

    He reminds me that CMX1 ATI Fog problem .-)

    It's name will be CMX2 ATI Fog problem :-)

    Edit: I have tried a CMBN and CMFI light fog + night Quick Battle, there is no problem or any light flickering

    I have also tried other scenarios from CMFI containing light fog, I have no problem.

    But specifically for mentioned scenario, I have problem

  4. Unfortunately, the game does not take into account weather conditions, terrain, buildings, etc. - that's why we are far from complete realism

    Nevertheless, I have seen a lot of movies from Iraq, Afghanistan and in terms of the intensity and variety of sounds, my mods are (modestly) closest to realism;)

    ps.

    when it comes to using the sounds of my mods, you can do so without restriction, thought about it, if you can do this thing sounds better, which will improve the feeling of players from the game - it's use without restrictions.

    I have problem at specific fog games

    for example "lancing the abscess" scenario

    all other scenarios I havent seen same problem

    while shadow on, light is flickering on all objects

    my settings are

    display size 1920 x 1080

    vsync on

    3d model quality best

    3d texture quality best

    antalias multisample on

    high priority process on

    alt left click compatabilty off

    my system specs

    2x4 gb ram

    fx 8320 processor

    amd 7870 xt gpu

    40 inch led tv connected with hdmi to hdmi cable to computer 1920 x1080 @ 60 hz

    win 7

    Ow wait: Not to worry, there are some urban centric improvements on the way for you guys very soon. Some will be in Market Garden, others will be in the not-too-distant-future Upgrade v3.0.

    It is very Odd that you try to pull me in this disscussion again. I don't mean they are selling the product that is uncompleted as at your photo attached. At past, I had problem of path drawing on the bridges now solved and I cited that the module intent is not worth 35 usd with regards to Steve list. Now I have disscussed about their policy and I understand that they haven't any favorable approach to old customers. It seems all same the new ones and old ones according to the BFC. Even the new ones seem lucky they are grabbing their bundles with lower price according to olderones.

  8. Bulge is going to be a Completely Seperate Base Game

    with its own set of Modules

    It has Nothing to do with CMBN and its Modules

    Will BFC not publish any other module for normandy?

    If so , CMBN+CW owners seperately purchased may have rights to get a discount because we have no chance to combine any other module :-)
