More,More!!! I love em..They look awsome. Alot easier to see on a snow map as there is some contrast over the solid bright white mods I am using now.

I think I may have found the culprit. Redwolf seems to be closest to the problem. I did do a reinstall of my drivers to no avail. I ended up messing with the sounds in game though. What I ended up doing was turning off the ambient sounds and just leaving the main sound effects like gunfire etc on...but no wind or bird chirping sounds. After I did that the game stopped stuttering and freezing on me.

Yes I looked in the Tech Support area and there was 1 thread with the same problem but nothing in that thread helped. I did the reinstall of video drivers,DirectX etc. to no avail. Sgt.Emren.. This is the only game that it is doing this in.It was working fine until a few days ago and then suddenly it started the stuttering/freezing problem.All my other games run just fine. I am completely lost as to the problem.I may end up just having to reinstall my OS as it has been awhile since the last time.

I tried uninstalling then reinstalling my sound cards drivers but when I went into the game it started freezing all over again. I re-downloaded the drivers just to be sure that wasnt the problem but still no dice.

Hey all. Its been awhile since I played CMBB. I recently put a new power supply and video card into my system and reinstalled the game. Now when I go to play the game freezes briefly and then goes again.Then freezes and then runs again etc etc on and on.Especially when fighting starts it freezes more than normal. Nothing in my system has changed from when I ran it before except the above mentioned video card and power supply. My system is as follows. P4 1.8 GHZ 768 MB RAM Ge-Force FX5700OC video card w/256 MB ram Turtle Beach Santa Cruz sound card I am thinking it may just be I need to redo my system

Its been awhile since I have played CMBB and have just reinstalled it.Does anyone know where I can find this mod at?Thanks for any help.

There was alot of Winter mods of Russian vehicles on the CMMODS site but the site and mods on there were toasted in a hard drive crash..So now we have to wait fdor the modders to load up all there files again... Though you can go here Combat Mission HQ and get the Russian winter vehicles that way

Yes I tried to rename the file and remove the .bin extension but it only would show 440.BMP and the .bin extension would not show.

I downloaded pavlov's(D.Dodson) Victory Flags from CMMODS site..but when I opened up the zip all the files were .bin files(Example 440.bmp.bin or readme.txt.bin) How do I make these a standard BMP or TXT file so I can view it and choose which flags I want to use in the game??

Sounds like someone forgot to take his medication for the day Geez!!! I would love to have the posibility to recreate some of the scenarios from CMBO to CMAK

I take it you are using andrewtf's Finnish Infantry Mod...if this is the case I had the same problem..I just downloaded his Updated Finnish Caps mod and that took care of the problem.. It should be BMP #9881 that is the problem. [ September 14, 2003, 12:01 PM: Message edited by: Erwin Rommel ]

I dont post much here...mostly lurk...So am somewhat a "newbie" to the forum. Here is prime example of what Donan is talking about. Example Now for some the kind of response given would run them off for good..Im to stubborn to let someone like that run me off. Thanks for the info. I probably wont be home at that time..No biggie really..I can wait for it to find a new home.I just lost it during a system crash before I could get it onto a CDR.
