17. After making a Jeep mod yesterday I looked for another less important vehicle to touch up on. It's the Allied White Scout Car, I touched it up a little and even added new brown leather seats. I posted it on my website, I also have added Mr. Clark's Kubelwagen mod on there as well. Check it out at http://www.angelfire.com/ns/mocm/index.html Thanks! -Mo ------------------ "For every soldier that died at Dieppe, ten were saved on D-Day" --Lord Louis Mountbatten
18. Thanks guys, didn't know if it was worthy enough to go to the Top CM sites but since you guys seem to like em I might just send em on over to them.(too bad CMHQ's server is down ). Well thanks again and hope to make another mod soon (theyre worthless yet usable )! -Mo
19. Sorry Mr. Clark, I didn't mean to steal the Jeep away from your shed, your other thread inspired me to work on the Jeep. Very nice work on the Kubelwagen, good work on the textures. I still hope you show us your Jeep mod though, I'd like to see it. -Mo ------------------ "For every soldier that died at Dieppe, ten were saved on D-Day" --Lord Louis Mountbatten
20. Thanks for the compliments, didn't read them until later, just read the ones that said the link didnt work. I updated it and put some mud on the windshield and a little more touchups on the sides. Ill post the mod on the site if anyone would like it. Thanks again! -Mo ------------------ "For every soldier that died at Dieppe, ten were saved on D-Day" --Lord Louis Mountbatten

22. Hi, After reading a post today I noticed that only 1? has been made. Well I figured I'd try to do a mod here for the Jeep. Not that much done to it, just looks dirtier than the origional, no symbols or anything like that though. Muddied up the sides, front, and wheels. Hope you guys like it better than the origional. Heres a pic of it, anyone who would like to have it just ask . Fixed link, here it is (Phew!) -Mo [This message has been edited by MoJo (edited 01-26-2001).]
23. Mod Manager is a utility that helps sort out and installs Mods that you have downloaded. Instead of unzipping and placing all the files into the BMP Folder yourself, you just place the .zip file of the mod in the directory where you installed the ModManager and you can either turn on or off certain mods that you like/dislike. Pretty handy tool, never used it for Batch Mods though so I don't know how it handles those. Click here to take you to the download section of where you can get it which is at CMHQ (Sorry about the link not opening a new window, just right click and select Open in New Window) Hope this helps, it explains itself a little bit more on the site. -Mo ------------------ "For every soldier that died at Dieppe, ten were saved on D-Day" --Lord Louis Mountbatten
24.
quote:
Originally posted by Terence: Which American Civil War general said "Git there the fustest with the mostest?"...

IIRC, that would be U.S. Grant . Correct me if I am wrong. -Mo ------------------ "For every soldier that died at Dieppe, ten were saved on D-Day" --Lord Louis Mountbatten
25. Thanks for the replies. Yeah, they were pretty far away, makes sense. Assigning Crews as POW Guards seems like a good idea, dont use them anyway, thanks for the comment Stef. One more thing, when a unit surrenders, does it drop all of its firearms? I checked out the info on them while their hands were up and it showed nothing, which I assume means they had got rid of all their weapons. If they try to escape back to friendly forces, are they rearmed or just useless? -Mo ------------------ "For every soldier that died at Dieppe, ten were saved on D-Day" --Lord Louis Mountbatten
