They actually used both. Probably because they're wasn't enough of each one. I could be wrong though. I have several war amps tapes about the 12SS and they're are several still images used throughout the video and most platoons can be seen with different camo uniforms (each member)

If you look closely at his first picture you'll notice in the left it looks like a bren carrier. That looks like a nice mod. Where did you get that pup from? I want it cuz I'm playing Bloody Buron and the bren carrier from far away look like black rectangles. I want green rectangles

I have a scenario called "column" which depicts a german company moving along a french road. I made an exit point for the germans and placed one sniper (lost soldier) in the wood for the American AI. Then I gave the allies lots of airpower. Its more of a watch and learn (high entertainment value) scenario than a tactical one.

Xavier, I've read so many book about the normandy campaign and I've seen Canadian war amp movies (documentary) filmed on loacation in normandy which show certain places where battles took place but they never show much of these towns, like Buron or Putot or areas like the Caen-Bayeux highway. Do you have any photos of these places. I've got pictures in my head but you know the real deal. Cheers Hoopenfaust

Xavier, those are great pictures. They say you can see Juno beach from the tower of the Abbeye. Is this true? I'd could show you pictures of Canadian battlefields but those were the days of the redcoats.

Its actually a memorial cemetery. I work a block away from it. I pass two sherman tanks everyday on my way to work. They have 1st Hussars written on the side. They give me the willies when I bike by.

I guess I'll make 'em myself. Small dots should do quite nicely (small targets I mean) If anybody wants different ones...I won't give em to ya.

Are their any mods of the target reference points or ambush markers that are a little more subtle? I remember seeing one of the ambush market.

Xavier I've played all of your scenarios. They are some the best ones I've played that have to do with the Canadians. You've got a good touch. You need to release them in a large pack in english so our international community can understand the briefings.

Maybe the province of Toronto will be included in CM2.

Panzerman, I just visited your scenario zone and saw that you need info on the last battles around Caen. I've got a vast amount of Canadian WWII books so if you've got any questions. I'm doing several canadian maps but I really don't enjoy setting the "troops" up for a balanced play. If anyone wants maps made (I'm a detail person) I'd be happy to do them, but you'll hafta add the fightin' armies.
