Does anyone know where I can find stats on breakdown of divisions, companies, platoons etc.... (how many men per) Either german or allied forces would suffice. I keep reading about tank squadrons and tank platoons. I just want to be able to know the amount of each.

I once saw a high res Panzer IV in a grey format. Does anyone know where I can find one.

Has anyone tried to up the ante on the fog of war. For example make all the "questionable" vehicles (sound contact) totally invisible. All the user would hear is the sound. It might put another element of surprise into the game

I am a mac user and thank you for a serious reponse. My problem is in the MacMod manager the preview shows a black night sky. When I use the new bmp it still is a navy blue. When I get home from work I'll try that out. Thanks

I've made a total black file for the appropriate bmp but it still comes out navy blue. Does the program not allow to change the sky bmps.

How can I get my night time battles to have a darker (black) appearance. I tried a sky mod but it didn't change anything. I know I wasn't doing anything wrong. The night skies are too blue for me. Can anyone help me with this.

Grunto There is a small close combat website that hasn't been updated for years. I forget the URL but it had aerial photographs of the southern hangers. They look pretty messed up from the battle. The scenario is coming along. It will be four battles in length starting right at "Route Nationale 13 (by the railroad tracks). Again I don't know the URL but I found actual street maps of Carpiquet town so I modeled the town after those maps. They could be wrong because these were probably newer maps but.....who cares. I also have pictures at home of the troops waiting around between attacks. Its mostly huge flat fields of tall grass. (I wish this was modeled in CM) Anyways the battle takes you through the town into some fields and leads into a dirrect route into the airfield. I always play as the germans because it seems more of a challenge. Sending small squads to plug holes is my kind of game. You were inquiring about a Buron battle. Go find the french CM site and download the scenario titled "Ein Werferspiel". They did a great job it. Keep looking out for my mods. It'll be awhile because my girlfriends back from Toronto so I don't have as much free time.

Since its hard to model certain items in CM I have done my best. The airport isn't too scale because airports are kilometres in length. Anyways it gonna a great challenge for both sides

The town will contain the handfull of hitlerjugend that the fighting force consisted of. The Canadians will not have the same amount as history dictated, this will allow for faster gameplay. I hate waiting for the turn to load. I can also throw into the mix my own SS uniforms

I'm almost finished my Carpiquet operation. It is based upon actual street layouts of the small town. Although I've changed things around for better play this should add up to a good Canadian butt whippin'. (Although the games' AI doesn't follow the history books)

I've had CM for several months but I've never posted anything here before so here goes: I was wondering if anybody had the original rubble bmp. I want to redo this graphic on my mac. I have been using photoshop for 5 years and most CM users will appreciate my redoing of this graphic. The big hole graphic is okay but I want something different. I want to do a hi-res version. If somebody could e-mail the original graphic that would be perfect. You won't regret it
