Not sure if this will appeal to you, but look here: </font>Originally posted by Dressler:</font><blockquote>quote:</font><hr />Originally posted by Jaws:
Good work (as always) any chance to see a PZ-IV J mod??

This is something that BFC looked at during the development of CMBB. It turned out to be too difficult to implement, much to my disappointment.

Hideki Tojo. Bigger megalomaniac than Hitler ever dreamed of being, without even the shadow of the means to bring about the scale of conquest he envisioned.

Man oh man, do I love ambush. Your reworks are the best of the best.
One leetle thin' though. Any chance to get the numbered skirt without the number? Pretty please?

I don't think a modder would ever be unhappy about having his work recommended.

Helmut (on the left): I don't care how much cover we have, I am crawling out...there....somewhere....until I run back here...or not

Rob,
God bless and keep you and your parents. 3 years after having a lung removed for cancer, my mother is just now finally getting back to normal, so I know how hard it is to live your own life and take of them.
Hang in there.

CMx2 will be so incredible that there is no way we will be able to go back. BB and AK are so close, that I play both, but I haven't touched BO since the day BB came out.
CMx2 will be a much bigger quantum leap than from BO to BB/AK, I suspect. Charles will shock and amaze us, I have no doubt. So let's hope that he doesn't come to harm, as the poster aboved fretted over....

Gorgeous, Mike.
Actual use be damned. Give me a beautiful ambush schemed AFV anytime.

1. Yes, many would like this.
2. No, irrelevant
3. Trains would be interesting, but unlikely
4. No, also irrelevant
5. You can have this right now
6. Um, no...
7. You can take all the screenshots at level 1 you want right now.
8. No, it would affect nothing in daylight, LOS at night is already affected by good weather versus bad
9. Would be nice, though could unbalance a battle greatly if one side has bad luck. No big deal against the AI, but a big deal versus a human opponent (as an aside, KT was actually quite reliable, slow due to being underpowered, but after initial mechanical bugs worked out, getting off good roads and bogging was the main thing that kept them out of combat)
10. Repairs are out of the scale of the time frame of CM battles, and casualties represent just that: dead, severely wounded, moderately wounded and lightly wounded but unable to continue in combat. Additional categories serve nothing. Troops can either fight, or not, for purposes of a tactical battle.

More tasty wheat!
What a treat.
Hmm, lets not start that again....

With any decent cover, Pioneers will deal with anything, including KV-1's, quite nicely.
-
Gorgeous, just like everything you do, but is there any chance of getting the IIIG without the number?
Pretty please?
-
Great work, but I'm the type that can't use 'em till you've done 'em all! So, keep after it!

Perfect compliment to Tanks' trees.
You two need to form an online company.

The shortest distance between two points is a straight line....in the opposite direction.

That is a nice improvement.

Glad to get that F-H pack.
Thanks for this notice, too, as I assumed you had modified the others somehow.

Maybe Madmatt will see how much it would take for Charles to give us the KT. Hmmm,....

What a treat!

Absolutely agreed. Please post your maps at The Depot or the CMMODS Map section. Pretty please? Many of us love those type maps, but have to use the little rl time we have available for this sort of thing to actually play!Originally posted by kipanderson:Hi,
I am fortunate in having a large collection of topographical maps covering the westerner Soviet Union. Mainly the Ukraine and around Kursk. As a result I have built a number of large CMBB maps based on the real topography. In my view it is hugely important to fight over real terrain. It makes a massive difference.

The Scenario Depot now has some AK maps up.
The Proving Grounds also has a few. You do have to register to download them, but they won't sell your email address.
