I found that deleting all the KT's from the original made it challenging, but I'll be interested to see how the new version plays.

Combat mission is moving towards H&H only with a better internet play.
Not even remotely true.
HtH is the best way to enjoy CM imho, but single player games outsell PvP games by orders of magnitude.
BFC will never go to HtH only.

TikTok isn't relevant to anything,...that's actually relevant.

For people familiar with his work, @Ithikial_AUis the lead on this.
That is good news indeed.

Amazing how much good some well researched facts can do.

Pretty broad brush to paint a country with.
Those people made 33,984 Bf-109's.

I wounder how the Ferdinand would have performed as a defensive tool if it had not been wasted in some ill suited offensive actions.
Pick good terrain and have some infantry to protect flanks and good lucking cracking that nut without a lot of heartache.

The heavies actually performed fairly well, but the Germans were always so hellbent on attacking or counterattacking with their armor.
If they had husbanded it and used it defensively to a much greater degree, the advances on both sides would have been slower and more costly, but the Germans very helpfully served their best units up to be sliced and diced on offense.

This is a different case though - the game does show the crew sometimes bailing out from a damaged but still working tank, and they can later recrew it. The question is why does the tank sometimes count as destroyed, and sometimes not.
Yes, sometimes the crew will exit due to morale problems when the vehicle isn't destroyed, but since this one is showing as destroyed, the crew has definitely decided that aren't getting back in that beast.
-
A shell penetrated the front of the turret and the crew said, "Hole in the tank, probably another coming in seconds? Exit, stage left!".
Doesn't matter if the tank wasn't actually destroyed, it has a rather noticeable hole in it and is seriously in need of repair.

There'll be a special line in hell for DDOS purveyors.

I like his timeline. Always looking for people like that to follow.
Thanks for the hot tip.

There are a number of ways to move the view around, but if you just hold down left click and move the cursor just a little bit in any direction, the camera will move that way very slowly.
The farther you move the cursor, the faster it will shift.

I am as well, and unapologetically so.

Wunderbar!
Can't wait for the next pre-order!
I think I overheard rumors of a new Cold War module, any truth to that? Or should I get my proverbial ears checked?

You can just not save, but only you can stop you from restarting from the beginning.
You can do it, we have confidence in you!

Immediately heard Andrew Gold's Oh What a Lonely Boy in my head but him singing Oh What a Lovely Boy...

But, in your defense, the internet has pretty much trained all intelligent people that big, flashy banners are ads for things you don't want to click on, so your brain files it in the "nope, not that" department and ignores it.

Looks like another awesome year for the greatest PC wargame ever.
I've enjoyed every day on this ride. God bless BFC to be successful for many more years.

That was a tiny bone, totally denuded of flesh, but it's still exciting.

I agree 100% with your assessment and also felt just the opposite back in the day.
