Wolfe...Many thanks ..everything is fixed- apart from my game disk arriving :-( I found a util for Rogue Spear, but I needed to disable the V2 or it would hog the setup. CM is just fine now(except for my tactics)

Thanks,wolfe....I do have a diamond monsterII I'll remove it immediately...It was only there cos rogue spear doesn't like to play without it. If I uninst RS, then remove the 3dII, then reinst RS do you think it'll pick up the viper 770 properly then? Long live combat mission!

I tried the newest drivers, and the flags showed once ,then disapeared as described previously...Might this be fixed in the patch, and do I need to wait for my disk with the full game to use it? Thanks for you rhelp so far, guys

I too have the diamond viper 770 ultra, and I get a bug where the flags show as semi transparent triangles flashing, not German or US, the unknown flags are weird too. Any Ideas?
